These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the WordTris app (Hebrew: "סלט מילים") (the "Application"), provided by YBaz Games ("we", "us", or "Service Provider"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to the app store terms that apply to your download.
The Application is provided free of charge. It may display advertisements. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, interfere with servers or other users, or use the Application in violation of applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YBaz Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Application.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
